The European IP Helpdesk is organizing a webinar on consortium agreements (CA), which specify the rights and obligations of project partners. It is obligatory for most projects and should be signed prior to the Grant Agreement.
The webinar will contain provisions about internal organisation and decision-making, financial questions and handling of intellectual property rights.
