Horizon Europe - Survey on Financial, Legal & Administrative Rules in Practice
The survey targets Horizon Europe beneficiaries across the EU and beyond—including project coordinators, researchers, work package/task leaders, technical and administrative staff, and others involved in project implementation.
Your responses will be anonymous and used only for research and analysis.
Deadline for submitting responses is the 4th of April 2025.
This survey is conducted by the Legal & Financial (L&F) National Contact Points (NCPs) within the Horizon Academy (NCP4HE) Project, funded by the European Commission (EC).
Your input will be used to provide the EC with valuable feedback and practical insight into the financial, legal, and administrative implementation of Horizon Europe projects, with the final purpose of improving the framework programme. The first two sections of the survey focus on legal and financial aspects, while the remaining sections cover the project lifecycle and broader horizontal issues.

The aim is to support the applicants from Widening countries who plan to submit proposals within the Widening, ERA, Pillar II clusters and EIC Pathfinder schemes under the Horizon Europe programme.
The portal is created and managed by the NCP_WIDERA.NET consortium of National Contact Points.
