The INDUSAC platform supports collaboration between students, researchers and companies under the Horizon Europe programme to co-create innovative and applicable solutions in four areas: circularity, general sustainability, digitalisation and industry 4.0.

The Commission’s Communication on A New ERA for Research and Innovation emphasises the importance of fostering career development conditions to attract and retain researchers in Europe. This is vital in the global competition for talent and for the functioning of the European Research Area (ERA).

Wideraexperts.eu is a free-of-charge matchmaking portal for international experts and Widening countries applicants. The aim is to support the applicants from Widening countries who plan to submit proposals within the Widening, ERA, Pillar II clusters and EIC Pathfinder schemes under the Horizon Europe programme. 

The portal is created and managed by the NCP_WIDERA.NET consortium of National Contact Points.

OSCARS project is organizing the launch event of the OSCARS 2nd Open Call for Open Science projects and services to be held online, on Wednesday, 15 January 2025.

In its Communication on Web 4 and Virtual Worlds, the EC acknowledged the need to engage internationally with the multistakeholder community on a broad scope of technical and content issues. It also emphasised that this technological shift may involve new forms of governance, reconsidering current mandates of current internet governance institutions and whether other (existing or to be built) institutions should be involved.
