Join the eArchiving Initiative at the “Digital Archiving Futures” event on the 4 - 6 September 2024 in Mikkeli, Finland.
Research Centre Digitalia, together with other Memory Campus organisations, have put together a three-day hybrid event called “Digital Archiving Futures” on the 4-6 September 2024 in Mikkeli, Finland. Themes of the event are “Data Spaces, Artificial Intelligence, and Cluster Collaboration”, featuring speakers from the GLAM sector and information management field from Finland and across Europe.
The event is free of charge for participants and is organised by Research Centre Digitalia and Memory Campus Cluster, as a part of their project “Memory Campus as an International Cluster for Information Management”, funded by the Finnish South Savo Regional Council from funds allocated to supporting the sustainable growth and vitality of regions. There is an exciting and varied programme: Digital Archiving Futures - Programme, including a talk on the last 10 years of eArchiving from Janet Anderson, with speakers from Finland and beyond: Digital Archiving Futures - Speakers.
