Follow the stages below. At any step you can request support from the M-HERO team.

Browse open and upcoming opportunities and match them to your expertise, organisation type and readiness.

Confirm who can participate, partnership rules, country participation and any special conditions of the call.

Build or join a consortium with complementary skills. NCPs and M-HERO can support partner search.

Clarify objectives, expected impact, work packages and the role of each partner before drafting the full proposal.

Write Parts A and B (or the required annexes), align with evaluation criteria and keep the official templates.

Validate costs, legality of resources, partner mandates and mandatory annexes before the portal lock.

Upload through the EU Funding & Tenders Portal before the deadline. Leave buffer time for technical issues.

Monitor evaluation outcomes, use ESR feedback and plan resubmission or project kick-off with M-HERO support.
